New socket's interface in BOViL

Hi again! I've been working on improving communications through sockets in my library and I finally finish a release.

For an explanation of its use I wrote a new page on the WIKI. I hope you like it! And for any question don't doubt to ask!

BOViL

BOViL, or Bardo's Open Vision Library, is my new open Library for computer vision.

I started it while working as intern at the School of Engineering of the University of Seville. It provide a basic framework for working in Computer Vision, for example, image loading, Matrix operations, etc...

I also implemented some vision and tracking algorithm that can be useful in some situation. Here is the Wiki of the Repo, so you can give a watch: Wiki.

Certainly, it's under construction. I started a few weeks ago, but it keep growing everyday.

I hope it to be useful for everyone that want to develop in that area.
